Pravilen način prehranjevanja ni dieta

Družba nas bombandira z informacijami o prehranjevanju, vendar nas ne uči razlike med dieto in pravilnim načinom prehranjevanja. Dosežek diete je kratkotrajen, saj ko jo zapustimo, se povrnejo prejšnje težave, poleg tega pa se vrne teža na staro številko z dodatnimi kilogrami (20%). Ob prehodu na pravilno prehrano odstranimo težave slabega počutja, zdravja in odvečne teže. To lahko vzdržujemo celo življenje, kakor je vidno na spodnji sliki (obdobje večih let).
